By accessing AresNest, SecureScore, or TrueEstimate, you agree to these Terms. If you use our services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Services
We provide productivity and security tooling as-is and as-available. We may improve or change features and may discontinue services with reasonable notice where practical.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the services, interfere with operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not reverse engineer or resell without written permission.
- Provide accurate registration and keep credentials secure.
4. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant AresNest a limited license to store, process, and transmit content as needed to operate the services. You represent you have rights to the content you provide.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. By using the services, you consent to those practices.
7. Fees
If paid plans are offered, pricing and billing terms will be presented in-product. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
8. Third-Party Services
Integrations or links may be provided. Use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.
9. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AresNest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of $50 or the amounts paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the services. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of your primary residence or place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
